She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Blevins; her daughter Rebecca Taylor; her parents, Abe Harris and Vela Harris; and her siblings, Velvie Moore and Carter Helton Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte McBryar (Winston), Patricia Cooper (Ricky), Micheal Blevins (Tracy) and Eugene Blevins (Marie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
