She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. Guinn; her parents, Will Grimes and Lorena Bailey Grimes; her daughter Mary Jo Hawes; her siblings, Jack Grimes and Christina Basham; and her grandson Larry Abbott.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Slugger" Guinn (Diana) of Rising Fawn; and her grandchildren, Chris Guinn (Felicia), Jennifer Walker (Chris), Joe Guinn (Hillary), Kelly Gray (Luke) and Mike Abbott. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory (11415 S Main St, Trenton, GA 30752). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hanna Cemetery (3462 US-11, Rising Fawn, GA 30738).
