He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald A. Nicks, and Ann Nicks, Sr.; his daughter Kathy L. McCoy; and his brothers, Dave and Dale Nicks.
He is survived by : his wife Sara Ann Nicks; his daughters, Kelly Burke and Karen Weiler Bursley; and his siblings, Danny, Dennis, Darrell Nicks and Debbi Jean. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
