She is survived by: her husband Ray Chambers; her sons, Jeff Chambers (Angie) and David Chambers (Alison); her siblings, Marie Schrudder (Mickie), Beth Prine (Jeff), Otis Smith (Phyllis) and Ricky Smith (Debra); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Weldon, Jessica Ellis, Courtney Sharp Cayla Chambers and Aidan Cox; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Weldon, Mattie Weldon, Jasper Weldon, Conner Ellis, Brayden Ellis and Truman Sharp.
