He was predeceased by : his parents, John Howard and Ocie Mae Watson Stakely; his brothers, Raymond E. Stakely and James L. Stakely; his siblings-in-law, James Davis, Raymond J. McMahan (Joe), Beverly J. Stakely and Shirley M. Stakely; and his daughter-in-law Mary R. Stakely.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce G. Stakely; his children, Timothy D. Stakely, Carol L. Stakely-Staggs (Chris) and Trena S. Kloss (Scott); his grandchildren, Corey N. Stakely-Staggs (Lorelei), Carson E. Stakely-Staggs, Kyler L. Kloss, Jaxon E. Kloss, Carter S. Stepanich and Gianna R. Stepanich; his siblings, Melgena S. Davis, Robert C. Stakely (Margaret), Melvin Stakely (Darlene), Glenda S. DeFriese, Vivian S. McMahan and Mitchell H. Stakely; and his mother-in-law Mary Frizzell. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
