She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Bell; her siblings, Bobby, Donald Cogdill and Christine Cogdill; and her parents, Robert Cogdill and Betty Pinion Cogdill.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Bell of Rising Fawn and Angela Hardin (Jeff) of Acworth; her siblings, Johnny Cogdill (Gwen) of Knoxville and Helen Northcutt (Bob) of Knoxville; and her sisters-in-law, Charlene Maddox of Centre, Pam Shelton of Piedmont, Orell Estes of Cedar Bluff and Judy Bell of Milner. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to St. Jude Hospital or America Cancer Society.
