She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Neal and Bertha Neal; and her sister Wilma Jean Allison. She is survived by: her husband C. Tolbert; her daughter April Denise Tolbert; and her brothers, David Wayne Neal and William Curtis Neal (Bobby).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Community Wesleyan Church.
