It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andi Condra Billings of Rising Fawn, Georgia, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Nickie Billings. She is survived by : her sons, Christian Parker, Sky and Shylo Billings; her stepdaughters, Kiana and Jazanace Billings; her brother Adam Gilbert; and her mother Cathy Parker. She is also survived by several aunts & uncles.
