He was predeceased by: his father Earl Garner; his stepson Rob Bowling; and his nephews, Andrew Garner and Corey Garner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Garner; his stepchildren, Chad Capehart, Michael Bowling and Juanita Silvers; and his siblings, Randy Garner (Vicky), Anthony Garner (Tina) and Brenda Barnes (Ray). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
