He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wells and Addie Lee Wells; and his brother Raymond V. Wells Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Wells; his daughters, Diane Steele Woodstock (Dan Elkins) and Kim James Spring Hill (Phil); his grandson Justin Salter (Jamie); his children, Claire, Ingrid, Knoxville, Grandaughters, Brandye Sitton (Eric), Jackson, Braden, Winchester, Summer James (Grant Martin), Natalie, Emma, Reese and Brentwood; his sister-in-law Joyce Wells; his niece Cindy Wengert; and his nephews, Vic and Steve Wells. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
