He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Grady and Luther Grady; and his siblings, Reba Shadden and L. E. Grady. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Grady; his children, Charlotte Sochor (Joel Kline) and Darrell Grady (Wendy); his stepchildren, Brandie Little (Todd) and Brandon Johnson; his grandchildren, Hannah Harmon (Brandon), Chanler Moats (Taylor), Noah Grady, Amber Osborne, Kensy Osborne, Alandra Sochor, Saegan Sochor, Gianna Ramos and Laila Little; and his sister Mary Lou Brewer. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
