She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Tillotson and Mable Tillotson. She is survived by: her children, Michael Irvin Rice, Sr. (April Lynn), Donald Eugene Rice, Sr., James Lee Rice Sr. (Lisa Marie), Timothy Lee Tillotson, Tina Louise Rice and Pearl Ann Purcell; and her sisters, June Arellano (Joe) and Dawn Pierce. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirty five great-grandchildren.
A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
