He is survived by: his wife Niccoli "Nikki" Stroup Hand of Appling, Georgia; his children, Jason Hand (Sarah) of Ringgold, GA. and Haley Peak (Nick) of Rossville, GA.; and his sisters, Phyllis Wilburn (Frank) of Union, S. C. and Kathy Hall (Andy) of Tallahassee, FL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
