He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bell; his daughter Teresa Rhodes (Chris); his siblings, Rebecca Pemberton and James D. Bell; and his grandchildren, Scott, Nikki and Kayla Rhodes. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
