She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Jernagin; and her mother Lynda Brock Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Leanna Dennis (Adam) and Lindsay Teems; her father Kenneth Murphy Hicks; her siblings, Keith Hicks (Jennifer), Michelle Gilbert and Kendra Burnette (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Shelby and Dixie Teems.
Theresa was able to give one last gift through organ donation, giving life to two people.
