She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Eugene "Gene" Marcus; her parents, John Stanley and Elizabeth Ann Shane Thompson; and her brother Patrick R. Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Marcus (Kim) of Kingsport, TN. and Daniel Marcus (Nicole) of Epworth, GA.; her stepsons, Christopher Marcus of Ringgold, GA. and Mark Marcus (Sharon) of Rossville, GA.; and her siblings, Pamela T. Leftkowitz of Arizona, S. Kathleen Thompson of North Carolina and Michael John Thompson of White Pine, TN.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
