He was predeceased by: his father Obie Elden Bagley, Jr.; and his stepfather Arthur A. Hicks III. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Hicks; his fiancée Christina Arrowood Moore; his children, Jacob Thomas Bagley and Taylor Jade Bagley; his brother John Allen Bagley; his sister-in-law Genna Peeler-Bagley; his sister Misty Bagley Hodge; his grandchildren, Jace Matthew Bagley and Amethyst Harley Pogue; his nephews, Bayley Hodge and Remy Pastuch; and his niece Allika Bagley. He is also survived by his friends who were like brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Steve.
