She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Andrew Osby; her parents, Tom Marion Guffey and Muriel Hullander Guffey; her brother Ronnie Guffey; and her nephew Jason Nix.
She is survived by: her daughter Starr Kristi Osby of Chatsworth, Georgia; her siblings, Tommy Guffey (Nancy) of Ringgold, Georgia, Kay Nix (Johnny) of Tunnel Hill, Sheila Smith of Chatsworth and Danny Ray Guffey of Tunnel Hill, Georgia; and her close friend Lynn Hawes.
