She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl McAlister and Vena McAlister; her husband J. B. Horton; and her daughter Debra Horton. She is survived by: her children, Steve Horton (Brenda), Terrell Horton (Pam) and Kathy Cobos (Franklin). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the same location.
