She was predeceased by: her husband Lawson Elonzo King; her parents, James Richard and Ada Jones Martin; her daughter Rosemary King; and her siblings, Mary Calvin, Martha Beavers, Dorothy Forester, Rachel Buckner, Ray Martin, James Martin, Berry Martin, Junior Martin, Cecil Adams and Davis Martin.

She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda; her son-in-law Melvin Tucker of Ringgold, GA.; her brother Don Martin of Chatsworth, GA.; and her grandchildren, Walter Shelton (Holly), Jessica Shelton, Jennifer Weber, Dustin Horton (Ashton), L. Daniel Horton and Blake Tucker. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
