We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 77, Roger LaVerne Smith Sr. of Ringgold, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hill and Anna Ray Daniels Smith; and his great grandchild Georgia Ann Fay Scudgins. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Fay Shankle Smith of Ringgold, Georgia; and his children, Charles "Chuck" Smith (Natalie) of Cartersville, GA., Eddie Smith (Tina) of Ringgold, GA., Roger L. Smith Jr. of Adairsville, GA., Donald E. Smith (Megan) of Tampa, FL., Suzanne Williams (Scott) of Chatsworth, GA. and Deborah L. King (Chris) of Ringgold, GA.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren eighteen great grandchildren.
