He is survived by: his wife Judy Moore Curtis; his son Robbie; his daughter-in-law Katrina Curtis of Rossville, GA; his daughter Shelia; his son-in-law Dale Campbell of Ringgold, GA; his son Chris Culver of Ringgold, GA; his siblings, Dot West, DrucellaTippins, Barbara Smith, Brenda Hair (Harold), Kenneth Curtis and Bruce Curtis; and his grandchildren, Alec Curtis, Brandon Campbell, Briana Campbell, Libbie Curtis and Ty Culver.
