He was predeceased by: his wife LaDonna Rajean Brewer Walker; his parents, Wesley Fred Walker Sr. and Sylveta Knighton Walker; his daughter Cheryl Walker Crabtree; and his brothers, Donald, Wesley Jr. and Charles Walker.

He is survived by: his children, Anita Walker Cross of Ringgold, Georgia and Mark Walker of Ringgold, Georgia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
