He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Frazier; his children, Doug Hovater (Michelle) and Mandy Morell (Tim); his sisters, Beverly McLaughlin (Ray) and Martha Harris; his granddaughter Isabel; and his mother-in-law Frances Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
