We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Richard Eugene Lowrance of Ringgold, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen Lowrance; and his children, Eddie Lowrance (Pam), David Lowrance (Maria), John Logan (Starr), Lewis Smith and Carol Smith Ruiz (Steve). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Chattanooga 4411 Oakwood Drive Chattanooga, TN 37416 or Humane Educational Society 4155 Randolph Circle Chattanooga, TN 37406.
