He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Ada Howard; and his siblings, Allen, Charles, Walter Howard and Pat Ledford.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Moses; his daughter Skilylor Howard; his grandson Elijah (Josiah Howard); and his siblings, Teresa Michaels, Willie Mae Bishop, Jimmy Howard (LaMerle) and Wendall Howard (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
