He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy James and Ruth Maxine Reed; and his wife Linda Sue Reed. He is survived by: his children, James Michael Reed (Laricia) and Brenda Diane; his sister Carol A. Reed; his grandchildren, Gabby Sue, Elijah Grant, Micah Keith, Mary Elizabeth, Lyra Adele and Emma Grace; and his pet Oreo.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Chattanooga (6018 John Douglass Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
