He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Wallen and Hester Bowen Wallen. He is survived by: his wife Billie Darlyn Perry Wallen; his daughter Sabrina Kirk; his grandchildren, Justin Kirk (Mandy), Kristin Cowan and David Perry; his great grandchildren, Lane Perry, Brentley, Dani Cowan and James Kirk; his brother-in-law David Perry; and his close friends, Dewayne and Wyondia Hill. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
