He was predeceased by: his grandmother Viola "Buzzard" "Mann" Moore of Eucha, OK; and his stepfather John Trout of Spavinaw, OK.. He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Trout (Melvin Runabout) of Langley, OK and Louis Ray Fowler of Denton, TX; his siblings, Jason Mann (Rena) of Cleora, OK, Brandon Fowler of Eucha, OK, Kandi Stulski (Anthony) of Langley, OK, Jeremy Fowler of Muskogee, OK and Amber Wigington (Lance) of Langley, OK; his parents-in-law, Debbie and Alvin Bonner, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Joy Marie Scott, Edward Scott and Sandra Bonner-Rice. He is also survived by 12 nephews and 5 nieces.
