It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Cruz Evelia Castillo-Gonzalez of Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Castillo; her daughter Luz Adriana Castillo; and her parents, Jesus Castillo and Victoria Castillo. She is survived by: her children, Juan Castillo, Rosa Martha Areallano, Yolanda Nation, Tamara Castillo, Mercedes Garcia (Mario), Anali Estefania Kelly and Anani Montserrat Choe. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1275 Stuart Rd NE, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
