She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wear and Winnie Wear; her siblings, Oleta Godfrey, Cochran Wear, Wahlice Parrott, Millard Wear, John Wear, Joseph Wear and Wilodyne Mefford (Bob); and her children, Doctor Barney Miller and Kay Miller Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Dr. Merry Miller; her grandchildren, Lori Dodd (Bruce), Jefferey Crisp, Dr. Melanie Kay Miller (Erich Burton) and Dr. Corwin Miller (Joann Ho); her great great grandchild Elijah Dodd; and her significant other Bud Miller. She is also survived by five great- grandchildren.
