He was predeceased by: his father Luther Winder; and his brothers, Steve Morgan, Randall Morgan and Michael Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mosier Winder; his children, Curtis Mosier, Laura Wiley, Luther Gene Winder, III and Mary Lisa Bentley; and his sisters, Mary Ann Smith and Sandra Connelley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family & friends.
