He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Holmes Edward Wilson (Shirley Ann Futreal Davis) and North of Georgia; his wife Billie Jean Wilson; his children, Khristopher Brandon Wilson (Mandeep), Gabrielle Doggett (Shane), Kenneth Shane Wilson (Coley) and Victoria Karoline Wilson; his siblings, Gene Patrick Southerland (Melanie), Freddie Wilson and Sandy Gilgo (Kip); and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Cayden, Maya, Khamila, Makinley, Evie and Kennedy.
The lying in state was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes - Fort Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30741). Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse of the Word Church (920 Carline Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
