She was predeceased by: her son Kristopher Pavlik; her parents, James Millard and Violet Vassey Shrewsberry Meadows; and her brother James Ray Meadows (W. Virginia) of Bradley. She is survived by: her son Kelly; her daughter-in-law Stacey Pavlik of Ringgold, GA.; her sister Debbie Davis of Calhoun, GA.; and her grandchildren, Amanda Pavlik, Kristopher Pavlik and Logan Pavlik. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
