It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia Headrick Adkins of Ringgold, Georgia, born in Graysville, Georgia, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Headrick and Lola Fletcher Headrick; and her siblings, Jewell Grant and Johnny Headrick. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Yarbrough (Jimmy) and Jeff Caudill; her siblings, Rena Peters, Harold Headrick, Richard Headrick (Carolyn), Thurman Headrick (Billie), Lamar Headrick and Donny Headrick (Helen); her brother-in-law Grant; her grandchildren, Shelby Shupe (Ethan) and Rick Yarbrough (Josie); and her nieces, Missy Oliver (Butch) and Rhonda Killian (Dennis). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes - Ringgold Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Catoosa Memorial Gardens.
