He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Randy, Rebecca Gass, Robert Irwin and Jewell Dean Irwin; his sister Jennifer Louise Tipton; and his aunt Deann Grant.
He is survived by: his parents, James and Delores'Maverick'Tipton; his son Justin Mathew Waylon Tipton; his brother James'Jamie'Tipton; his niece Chassidty Tipton; and his nephew Landon Tipton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
