He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Sisemore Clark; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Loni Kirkpatrick; his children, Lacey Buhl and Matt Adams; his grandchildren, Rhett Buhl, Kaitlyn Adams, Trinity Adams, Charlie Adams and Jackson Adams; his siblings, Joey (Laura DeLay), Robert Reale, Ruthie Case, Rachel Alexander and Rebecca Reisdorph; and his former wife Angela Carmon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous extended family & friends.
