He is survived by: his children, Laura Sullivan (Grant) of Chattanooga, TN, Jason "John II" Facey (Angela) of LaGrange, GA and Matt Facey (Alexandra) of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, David Facey (Sue) of Lakeland, FL and Mary Blanton (Dewey) of Lakeland, FL; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Jenna Sullivan, Julia, Emma, Harper and Caroline Facey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church or Vietnam Veterans of America.
