She was predeceased by: her parents, James Charles and Edith Susan Hawkins; her sister Sally Annette McKinley; her brother-in-law Dan McKinley; her granddaughter Krista Michele Campbell; and her nephew Gary Chip Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Campbell (Dale) and Robbie Curtis (Katrina); her grandchildren, Alec Curtis, Brandon Campbell, Briana Campbell and Libbie Curtis; her great grandchild Rayna Lynn Curtis; her stepgrandchildren, Chad Campbell and Dallas Campbell; her siblings, James Hawkins (Hazel), Sue Robinson (Mark) and Ronald Hawkins; and her close friend Lebron Tinker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
