He is survived by: his wife Carol Russell Murphy; his daughters, Sondra "Gerber" (Nathan Portwood) and Lanette Murphy; his siblings, Larry Murphy and Betty Hester; and his grandchildren, Brittany Portwood and Dakota Portwood (Riley Fetter). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
