He is survived by: his wife Janie James; his siblings, Judy Colburn (Charles), Helen Armstrong (James), Billy James (Joan), Betty Sue Alford (Varnal) and David James; and his stepchildren, Jane Hemming, Paul Hemming, Debbie Lindsey and Janice Bloodworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
