She was predeceased by: her parents, James Randall and Dorothy Randall; her husband Andrew Hallum; her grandparents, Delbert, Mina Randall, Luther and Vinie Culpepper; her brothers, Jimmy and Allen Randall; and her grandson Allan Gordy.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Duncan (Larry), Talmadge Graves (Kimberly) and Felicia Tate (Michael); her grandchildren, Starr Hankins (Tommy), Misty Dutton (Jason), Makayla and Carissa Tate; and her siblings, Peggy Olives, Carol Randall (Lisa), Don Randall, Gary Randall, Martha Alvarez, Jerry Randall and Elaine Whitworth. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
