He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Thomas and David Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Regina Gardner Thomas; his daughters, Lisa Headrick (Sandy) and Kelley Williams (Brad); his sister Roberta Thurman (Kyle); his grandchildren, Allison Headrick, Madison Headrick, Sarah Bandy and Blake Williams; and his great grandchildren, Kyson Younce, Ariah Younce and Waylon Stapp. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
