He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kay Golden Blaylock; his children, Doug Blaylock (Andrea) of Spring City, TN., Josh Blaylock (Kelly) of Ooltewah, TN., Billy Newbille (Sonya) of Cohutta, GA. and Amy Clinton (Terry) of Tunnel Hill, GA.; and his brother Timothy Blaylock (Yolanda) of Soddy Daisy, TN.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
