It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gene Woods Lindauere of Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 97, on September 3, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woods Lindauere and Myrtle Lindauere; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Dee Grier (Russ) of Rossville, Randy (Sue) of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Denise Jansen (Brian) of Bluffton, S. C., Dayna Buswell (Ed) of Denton and Debbi Hottel (Mark) of Mt. Airy. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
