He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Campbell and Lella Campbell; and his sister-in-law Teresa Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Campbell (Kelli) and Andrew Campbell; and his siblings, Melvin W. Campbell and Cynthia Henson (David). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
