She was predeceased by: her former husband Ernest F. Cummings; her parents, Fred Lee Black and Delia Brown Black; her siblings, Betty Jane Black, George, William and Roger Black; and her sister-in-law Mary Evelyn Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Klaus; her children, Sondra Ragan (David), Tim Cummings (Stephanie) and Crystal Dawn Scott (Trenton); her sister Mary "Cokie" Black Parson; her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Dyer (Jack) and Roy Cummings (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Victoria Wendt (Garrett), Gus Wendt (Presley), Audrey Faith Miller and Samantha Michelle Teems Smart (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Chance, Beckham High, Harley Lynn Smart, Audrey Elizabeth Smart and Gunnar Michael Smart; and her friends, Cindy Sparks, Barbara Morton, Rose Marie Dawn, Gin Chasteen, Mike Way and Kim Hayes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes Wallis-Stewart Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Going Home.
