He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Franklin; his sons, Christopher Lynn Franklin (Shakara), Jack Lewis McKenley III and James Scott McKenley (Melanie); his grandchildren, Jessica Stacy, Hannah Matthews (Curt), Samuel McKenley, Noah Franklin, Matthew McKenley (Destiny), Jacob McKenley, Brianna Shears (Paul), Emily McKenley, Christopher Franklin, Isabella Franklin, Peyton McKenley and Ryan McKenley; his great grandchildren, Jodi Franklin and Nathaniel McKenley; and his siblings, Nina Pelletier (Bob), Benny Franklin (Ana), Charles Franklin (Leslie), Tammy Pass, Crystal Lynn and Wesley Lynn (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes - Ringgold Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
