He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Hickman and Mildred Hickman (Hixson). He is survived by: his wife Kristin D. Hickman; his children, Justin Tyler Hickman, Carson Joseph Hickman and Jordan Ashley Ramsey (Michael); his siblings, Rita Boring and Terry Hickman; and his grandchildren, Cameron and Logan Ramsey.
