She was predeceased by: her parents, James Winfred and Lottie Mae Collier Duncan; and her sister Peggy Brown. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Plemons (Brian) of Ringgold, GA. and Jason Hughes (Valerie) of Stuart, VA.; her siblings, Linda Cole of Chilhowee, MO., Roger Duncan of Ringgold, GA. and Tom Duncan of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.; and her grandchildren, Asher and Adalynn Hughes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
